Your legal documents should be printed off and signed for your records. If you need to locate them in your account visit Benefits > Settings. On that page, scroll down to the section titled Legal Documents and select the blue printer icon to the right. This lets you view the documents and print if needed.
Your legal documents include:
- Legal Document which is the main document that establishes your company's reimbursement benefit.
- Summary Plan Description which summarizes the benefits described in the Legal Document.
