Married couples who both have a PeopleKeep benefit have separate accounts and may both receive the family allowance. There’s no affect on allowance offered.

You’ll need to be careful when you submit expenses. When either you, your spouse, or dependent incur an expense, the expense should be submitted only once. This means only one employee can submit premiums for your family’s health insurance policy or the copay for a doctor’s visit for your child. 

If you submit the same expense to both accounts, it could lead to improper reimbursement and you’ll be responsible for returning the excess amount.
