View your subscription details

To view your subscription details visit Company > Settings and select Subscription.

Update your billing email

To edit the email you'd like PeopleKeep to send billing-related correspondence to (invoices and payment receipts), click ᴇᴅɪᴛ under the current email address. You'll be prompted to enter the new email address. Then click ᴜᴘᴅᴀᴛᴇ.

Update your payment information

If your credit card expired or you'd like to change the credit card kept on file for service fees, click ᴇᴅɪᴛ below the current information entered. Enter your new billing information and click sᴀᴠᴇ.

Invoices

To access your PeopleKeep invoices and invoice history, click ᴠɪᴇᴡ to the right of the invoice you’d like to see.

Note: Payments are accepted by credit card only; checks and ACH are not accepted.
